If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used oral care products cannot be returned, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
